The Laboratory is focused on collaboration:

- with research units within scientific collaboration and research and R&D projects implementation

- with entrepreneurs, consortia of companies and research units engaged in analyses of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of new drug therapies.

External entities ordering services at LGMA bear the cost of equipment exploitation and the upkeep of laboratory animals for each day of the lab use. Owing to the specificity of the laboratory operation (behind the sanitary barrier), the access to the Lab is restricted and only the laboratory personnel and appropriately trained persons are allowed. No project shall be commenced without the prior approval by the Local Ethical Committee.  Due to the necessary zoo-hygienic standards, laboratory animals can be brought only from such breeding centres as The Jackson Laboratory and Charles River. It is strictly forbidden to make any decision on bringing animals to the Animal House premises without prior approval of the veterinary doctor and Animal Welfare Committee at the Institute.
