- in vitro – stem cell culture: on the 2D bioactive domains of defined geometry (A), pseudo-3D conditions (adherent culture of neural stem cells on a hydrogel of basement membrane proteins, matrigel) (B), cerebral organoids derived from human iPSC (non-adherent culture, under agitation conditions) (C), and 3D supporting scaffolds: keratin (D), collagen (E) , fibrin (F);
- ex vivo - organotypic culture: model of injured hippocampal (G) and spinal cord (H);
